Simone Agrati is National Sales Director in BioRep S.r.l. a Sapio Group company specialized in providing third parties cryopreservation services, managing global research networks, designing/building turnkey biobanks and offering advanced genetic services in the gynecological, oncology, diabetes, sports, and nutritional fields.
Graduate in biotechnology, Simone started working in BioRep in 2009, first as a product specialist and then as a product manager, specializing in finding and proposing to his customers the right solutions to create their own biobanks. Starting from 2017 he assumed the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, expanding his knowledge and responsibilities to all the services and products provided by the company also in organizational and strategic terms. From August 2023 he assumed the role of National Sales Director.
Precision, passion, proactivity in anticipating customer needs and innovativeness in proposing alternatives in terms of service, has always characterized his way of working.
During these years he has developed considerable skills as a public speaker, ability to work in a team and to communicate/motivate the work team, planning, multitasking, problem solving and flexibility.
Passionate about sailing and skiing, he is always ready to try new challenging experiences.
